In 2020 and 2021, I led Fairmont El San Juan’s social media copywriting and content curation across Instagram and Facebook, reawakening the iconic hotel’s digital presence during the pandemic with content that felt elevated, sun-soaked, and proudly local.

I began each post with a Spanish word or phrase followed by a quick translation and playful caption. It became a signature format, infusing Puerto Rican spirit into every post while maintaining the refined tone of Fairmont. The result was content that felt vibrant and personal, celebrating the hotel’s storied past and beachfront beauty with a touch of sophisticated sass.

Visually, I curated a palette of lush greens, ocean blues, and warm sand tones with bold pops of color—reflecting both the vibrant culture of Puerto Rico and the mid-century flair of this landmark resort.

A revived brand voice and elevated feed that felt unmistakably Fairmont, unmistakably local—and completely unforgettable.
